Amara at Paraiso is now hosting Samba Saturdays!

Samba Saturday at Amara is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the best of Miami at our spectacular waterfront restaurant. The vibrant event features Samba dancers and drummers from Brazilian Carnaval USA, live music and an open-air live fire grill, which make for a truly unforgettable experience.

Specialty libations were curated and beautifully executed by our beverage team. The Samba Sunrise (a play on a caipirinha), Mai- Rio (similar to a Mai Tai but made with two types of cachaça) and Carnaval Crush (similar to a Caipiroska), perfectly complement the feijoada and additional delicious Amara menu items

Our popular outdoor coconut bar featuring our signature drink ‘Calm before the Coconut’ is freshly cracked and prepared to order, making it the perfect crowd pleasing tropical treat.

Come experience an ideal day in Miami by joining us for Samba Saturday festivities!

Amara’s chefs created a delicious Feijoada to celebrate Brazil’s national dish. The grilled pork belly, short rib, chorizo, meat red beans, marinated kale, rice, oranges, and farofa are the perfect ingredients in the hearty and soul-satisfying stew.
