Michael Schwartz Presents – Amara & Friends.

Published On - 15 May, 2023

We are excited to announce the launch of Michael Schwartz Presents: Amara & Friends, an intimate and unique dining experience that highlights Miami’s most promising talent and gives them a platform to showcase their skills and tell their story.

Co-hosted with Marvin Tapia, a Latin / Hispanic community leader, this monthly guest chef dinner series will feature alternating Latin chefs and their cuisines.

Each event will feature passed hors d’oeuvres and a 4-course pre-fixe menu with dishes cooked on our live fire grill. Guests can enjoy a welcome cocktail at our Coconut Bar featuring Brugal Rum. Red and white wine will be served during dinner.

We are proud to donate 10% of proceeds from each event to Viernes Culturales, a Miami-based non-profit organization that promotes and celebrates Latin American arts, culture, and heritage.
