Easter at Amara

It was a perfect Easter Sunday at Amara! Guests enjoyed a beautiful view of the bay while sipping on Easter cocktails and indulging in delicious dishes.

One of the highlights of the brunch was the Coal Roasted Easter lamb, which was perfectly cooked over an outdoor open fire and served with marinated squash, creamer potato, mint chimmichurri, green tomatillo salsa and aji Amarillo yogurt.

In addition to the lamb, guests were treated to a variety of other delicious brunch specialties. The sweet corn cachapas are filled with Oaxacan and chihuahua cheese, applewood bacon, avocado, crema, and a tangy vinaigrette. The Serrano ham frittata is packed with fresh asparagus, marble potatoes, aioli, juicy tomatoes, and peppery arugula.

A heartier option is the chorizo hash with Yukon potatoes, spicy chorizo, onions, peppers, perfectly cooked sunny-side-up eggs, and a rich hollandaise sauce. Guests could also satisfy their sweet tooth with the brioche French toast, topped with local Knausberry strawberries, cream cheese, and crunchy toasted pistachios.

Of course, no Easter brunch would be complete without a visit from the Easter Bunny! Children and adults alike were delighted by our special guest!

Our bar team created a special Easter-themed cocktail: The Tropical Andes. The tasty dark rum based cocktail is made with Colombian hot chocolate, cinnamon, clove, passion fruit and crème de cacao, topped with an Easter Peep!

Easter brunch at Amara was a resounding success. It was the perfect way to celebrate the holiday with family and friends, while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the picturesque Miami Bay.
