Co-Founder of La Huella, Martin Pittaluga shared, “It is a true joy for us to bring La Huella Itinerante to our friends, Amara at Paraiso. We have many things in common with chef Michael Schwartz, whom we admire for his spontaneous Latin spirit, his demand for quality ingredients and his ability to open doors. We are very excited to cook with him and his team.”
La Huella is helmed by Chef Vanessa González where the star of the show is the grill.
